Do you ship? We currently only ship out our regular sized macarons and merch. Click here for all of our shippable items
How much is shipping?
$12 for local orders (Washington State) $21 for out of state.

Do you deliver? Yes, we deliver within a 9 mile radius from our store. We use a 3rd party delivery service and charge a base fee of $15. Anything over 9 miles, please contact us via phone or email to get a quote for delivery.
We are also on delivery apps such as Uber Eats, Door Dash, Grub Hub, ezCater and Hungry Panda
What is white rabbit? White rabbit is an extremely popular Asian milk-based soft and chewy candy. For us at PP, white rabbit is our “Vanilla” and also our most popular flavor.
Are your macarons gluten free? All of our Gluten Free Macarons are labeled (GF). Macarons are naturally gluten free since we use almond flour but we may use gluten products for some flavors.
What's the shelf life of macarons? Can I pick up a day before the event?
Macarons can be refrigerated for up to 5 days or frozen for up to 1 month. They are best enjoyed at room temperature. Since macarons keep well, you can certainly pick them up a few days in advance
What's the shelf life of cream puffs? Can I pick up a day before the event?
Similar to doughnuts, cream puffs taste best fresh so it is best to pick it up on the day of the event. You can still pick it up the day before, as it lasts 48 hours. However, please note that the signature crunchy top may not be as crispy.
I have some dietary restrictions, do you have an ingredients list?

At Puffy Pandy, we take food allergies and dietary restrictions very seriously. However, we want to inform our customers that all our products are made in a facility that handles a variety of allergens. These allergens include, but are not limited to, nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat, and soy.
